Are your products safe for use for all ages?

Yes, our products are safe to use for all ages. We do recommend doing a patch test for all our products on the wrist or inner arm. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend that you take the list of our ingredients (found on our product page) to your physician and make sure you’re not allergic to any of them.

Where can I buy your products?

Are your products organic?

Yes, our products are completely natural and organic.

Do your products contain any harmful ingredients?

No, our products are free from preservatives. We only use high quality natural ingredients which are free from silicones,parabens,sulphates, phthalates, synthetic colours/fragrance, glycols, T.E.A, D.E.A, PEGsand formaldehyde.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products are organic, pure and natural. However each person may react differently and may be sensitive to some natural ingredients. We recommend taking the ingredient list (found on our product page) and consulting your physician while pregnant or breastfeeding. We also recommend you do a patch test on the wrist or inner arm for all our products before starting.

Can I use the hair oil blend if my hair is processed?

Yes, of course. Our organic hair growth oil blend work at the root level, so whether you’ve permed, processed, or colour-treated your hair, you can still get great results.

I have sensitive skin, can I use CoreBlends products?

How do I use the hair serum?

Shake well before use. We recommend using the organic hair growth oil blend at least once a week. Using the dropper, place a few drops around your scalp and massage for about 2 minutes. Run any excess oil through the ends of your hair. Leave it on for at least 2 hours or better still overnight to get maximum benefits. Shampoo and condition hair as normal. Please note that you will need to use the oil blend consistently for 3-4 months for maximum benefit.

How do I use the body oil?

Shake well before use. We recommend using the organic nourishing oil blend daily during your shower or bath on damp skin. Apply a few drops all over the body, a little goes a long way! Massage into your skin. Pat dry.

What is Marula oil?

Marula oil, native to parts of southern Africa, is lightweight and non-greasy therefore absorbing easily. Its an effective moisturizer for dry or aging skin. Used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and keeping skin hydrated and well-nourished. It’s also suitable to use as a primer or lip moisturiser. And what’s great is that its suitable for acne prone skin.

How do I use the face oil?

You can use the organic marula face oil day or night. Apply from 2-8 drops of face oil to a clean, dry face. Warm the oil inyour hands and gently pressing into the face, neck and chest.

Are your products cruelty-free? Do you test on animals?

All our products are 100% cruelty free. We do not test on animals.

What is the shelf life of your product?

The products have a shelf life of up to 3 years and to be used within 12 months once opened.

When will I see changes to my hair and skin?

Our organic hair growth oil blend is best used consistently for 3-4 months to see maximum benefits.

Orders

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Once an order has been placed, a thank you email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your order locally and 3-4 business days for international orders. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number. Please note it can take 24-48hrs to update the tracking information. Once a shipment tracking information is received, local orders will take 1-2 days for delivery and international orders can take up to 15 days. Please also note that there may be delays in shipping due to Covid 19 situation. But do know we are working closely with our shipping carrier and will keep you updated should there be any delays. Please feel free to email contact@coreblends.com if you do not receive any shipping information within 36 hours of your order confirmation.

What happens if I want to change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed and processed, we are unable to change or cancel it. If you have just made an order, please send us an email immediately on contact@coreblends.com and we will try to modify your order.

I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, what should I do?

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your SPAM / Junk folder. If it is not found in your SPAM folder, please email us at contact@coreblends.com and we will fix it for you.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

Do sign up for our emails and follow our social media. We will share the latest promotions, discounts, news, launches and offers through these platforms. Please note that each discount code can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.

Can I use more than one promo code?

You can only use one promo code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay and GPay. All payments are processed securely with Shopify Payments and PayPal payments.

When will I be charged?

Your chosen mode of payment will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Shipping

Where does CoreBlends ship to?

We ship worldwide! If you are not able to find your country on the list, please email us at contact@coreblends.com.

What are the shipping times?

The estimated shipping timings are as follows;
Local orders: 2-5 business days
International orders: 7-15 business days
Please note this does not include the processing times of 1- 3 business days and the shipping carrier to register the shipping status which is 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your tracking number or if it is not working, please email us at contact@coreblends.com and we will assist you.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free local shipping for orders over SGD$50.00 and free international shipping for orders over SGD$200.00.

What about customs duties?

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your respective country rules and regulations regarding custom and duty taxes.

Returns/Exchange

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept exchanges or refunds but if in the case that you are unhappy with the product once received, do email us on contact@coreblends.com with proof of purchase within 3 days of delivery date and we will look into it. We may be able to offer an exchanges for items of the same value or more. Please note that delivery charges incurred previously will not be refunded. Products will be returned at customer’s own expense.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unfortunately, yes. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. If return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. Also, underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

Does anyone else have access to my information?

No, your privacy is the utmost importance to us. Information given to us will not be shared to any third parties.

Sustainability

Is your products packaging recyclable?

We only use recyclable and biodegradable packaging avoiding any plastic use where possible. We use glass bottles for our hair and face oils which are recyclable and PET for our body oil bottles. PET is 100% recyclable as it can be recovered and recycled into new products again and again, reducing the amount of resources wasted. PET plastic is a sustainable packaging solution with a lower carbon footprint than other plastics.
